This is a great opportunity for someone with 4-8 years of proven success in marcom and lead-generation copywriting in the customer service management, contact center, ebusiness, or CRM software space. This person will exclusively focus on creating marketing content and collateral to support demand generation and sales efforts (e.g., copy for lead generation email blasts and website landing pads, customer case studies, contributed articles, white papers, product collateral, and presentations).
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
- 4-8 years of experience and proven track record of success in marcom and copywriting, especially for lead generation in CRM, customer service management, ebusiness, or contact center software. The candidate needs to provide samples
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal, writing and collaboration
- Experience in creating marketing and demand generation content for customer service, contact center, ebusiness, or CRM software companies a must
- Good understanding of the above market space, including current trends and competitive dynamics
- Commitment to speed and quality
- Degree in communications or business administration with strong understanding of technology
