They might have similar tunes but its really improbable that they ripped the song out of each other. The two songs have very different meanings in the lyrics and the way it is put across are also very different. Avrils version is much more crude!

Anybody can input anything on Wikipedia but that doesn't make it accurate, sure most stuff is accurate but who know's in this case, as like you not knowing about Avril, i don't know much about this group, but im sure if Avril was before, she probably ripped it off from somebody else and so on, this is pop and that's what singers/groups do.

What?! Rip off asian songs? lol, I can name 100 western movies, songs, etc. for ever one you can name - oh, and name ONE that anyone has ever heard of. Not including Japanese movies, some of them are good, but based on Shakespear often times i.e. Ran.
